How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can my order be cancelled?
The order can be canceled up until it has been shipped. There is a 15% + $3 cancellation fee for orders not yet processed. There is a 25% +$3 cancellation fee for orders already processed and filled. These fees are to cover the cost of transaction fees for accepting and refunding payment, the cost of handling the cancellation from the office to the production warehouse, and to cover the cost of the order being processed and filled for orders already processed. Custom scented products are non-refundable after being made.
